Directors

The AA Visiting School in Rotterdam will involve practitioners from various fields including photography, videography, streetology, and sociology. The directors of the school and principal tutors of the 2015 workshop are:

Jan Nauta – architect, researcher and organiser based in Rotterdam; graduate of the AA and founder of Studio Nauta.

James Westcott – editor, with AMO, of Project Japan and Elements of Architecture for the 2014 Venice Architecture Biennale, author of When Marina Abramovic Dies: A Biography (MIT Press, 2010), and co-founder of ARE office.

Juliana Muniz Westcott – architect and urbanist; graduate of Universidade Federal de Pernambuco in Recife and M.Arch in Housing and Urbanism at the AA; co-founder of ARE office.
